Account Management: Create and manage your Tunely account.
Billing: Process one-time photo-pack purchases via Stripe.
AI Transformations: Send uploaded photos to OpenAI’s API to generate transformed images.
Analytics & Improvement: Understand feature usage and improve the Service.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

OpenAI: to perform image transformations.
Stripe: to process payments.
Amazon Web Services (S3): to store uploaded and generated images.
Analytics Providers: for anonymous usage metrics.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data, uploaded photos, and transformation results until you delete them or 30 days after you delete your account—whichever comes first.

5. Your Privacy Controls

You can view, edit, or delete your data at any time in your account settings or via the in-app “Privacy Request” form.

6. Security

We follow industry best practices: HTTPS everywhere, encryption at rest, regular security audits, and strict access controls.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies for login and referral-code tracking. No third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.
